Operational Analysis of Retail Shop - Dashboard
Overview
An operational analysis of retail dashboard provides an insight into stores revenue and profit. In there we can see which product category sells the best, the ratio of our revenue, the dynamic of sales, we can also see the inventory turnover & return on assets. There are also other important metrics showcased as a pure number - like net revenue & profit for the year, average ROA percentage, rate of return percentage. This dashboard helps us measure how well our product categories perform and how much we made throughout the year.
For this BI solution we propose using Datapunkt BI Analytics. The purpose of this analysis is to show the overall performance of the store throughout the year, and how well certain product categories performed. This analysis will help us understand which product category we might need to look into, and where we should consider reevaluating our contacts with current suppliers.
